How It All Began

Our founder Kirsty’s background is firmly rooted in the live events industry where she served as in-house Legal Director and COO at MAMA Group and, as Legal Director of The O2, steering the legal intricacies of iconic venues and events such as the Hammersmith Apollo, Forum, Jazz Cafe, and festivals like Lovebox and Wilderness.

After 10 years working in-house, Kirsty was ready for a new challenge and she decided to swap the corporate world for that of entrepreneurship.

With a vision to offer expert, pragmatic and personable legal advice to events industry operators and suppliers, she founded Azorra in 2015.

Starting as a solo venture, Kirsty leveraged her extensive experience to provide live events businesses with the kind of specialist advice that only someone who has been on the inside can offer.

Today Azorra is a team of ten, all recruited from within the events, music and entertainment industry and each bringing invaluable in-house experience to the table. We're not your typical legal practice. Our roots are in the industry we serve, giving us an edge in understanding our clients' unique needs - from a startup to a corporate player.

We cut through the complexity and deliver clear advice and solutions that work for you. We adapt our services to meet your changing needs, ensuring you have the right support at every stage of your journey.
